Ponto Lite offers enhanced ease and security in time tracking. It is one of the methods available to customers of Registro Ponto, a comprehensive and intelligent system for electronic time recording and management.
With Ponto Lite, employees can:
- Clock in directly via their mobile phones or through a QR Code, depending on the operation type.
- Make offline time entries, which will be synced later when an internet connection is available.
- Review their time tracking history, including manually entered points by the manager.
- Access all relevant information about the recorded time, such as location, date, and time.
- Justify absences, submit documents like medical certificates, and request time corrections easily and intuitively in the requests section.
- Track the status of submitted requests, whether they have been approved or not.
- Check personal information.
- Change or request a password reset.
All features in the app comply with the Ministry of Labor and Employment's (MTE) Ordinance 671, ensuring legal compliance.
